We welcome you to use Northside Church Fellowship Hall for your events and gatherings. However, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policy to ensure the safe and clean use of our facilities.
1. Donation Request: We kindly request a donation for the usage of our Fellowship Hall. The donation will help to maintain and improve our facilities to benefit the entire community.
2. Reservation: Please contact the church office to reserve the Fellowship Hall for your event. The reservation must be made at least two weeks in advance of your event date.
3. Use of Facilities: You are welcome to use the Fellowship Hall for meetings, conferences, parties, and other events. However, please be respectful of the property and use the facilities only for their intended purposes.
4. Cleanup: It is your responsibility to leave the Fellowship Hall clean and tidy after your event. Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins and remove any decorations you have used.
5. Damages: You will be held responsible for any damages to the Fellowship Hall during your event. Please take care of the property and report any damages to the church office immediately.
